People generally are complicated. Processes should not be. We have developed the necessary systems and processes in a manner that they are simple to understand and implement.

As pastors, we know that taking on extra work, particularly a huge project like this, can be

We believe that listening is lovely
We do have a process, but it must be shaped to align with you and your church leadership’s
vision of God’s preferred future for you. That means we ask questions and listen intently so that the culture of the church shapes the consulting experience.
For us, clarity is the first order
The old preaching adage holds true: if there is a fog in the pulpit there is a mist in the pew! Our first order as a consultant is to listen and ask questions until the vision of the church leadership is abundantly clear and understandable to a 12-year-old.
Honesty is better than compliance
We likely will have more experience and knowledge about raising capital funds and challenging God’s people to generous living than most of the pastors and leaders we consult. We won’t blow smoke at you. We will be respectfully honest with you as we walk with you through this season.
